Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tsp carob or cocoa powder (organic)
  • 4 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 3/4 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 3 oz orange juice (or 1 large orange)
  • 4 tbs unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 avocado

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Variations & Notes:

  • Can also add 4-5 steamed baby carrots.
