Vegan Parmesan

Yield: 1 cup


Version 1

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Version 2:

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste


  1. All all ingredients to a food processor bowl and pulse until the mixture is combined. Salt to taste.
  2. Serve on top of pizza, pastas, salads, avocado toast, etc. Use to add flavor and thicken creamy pasta sauces.
