Yield: 2 1/4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 3 tbs chopped red onion
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 2 medium-size garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 – 1/4 tsp chipotle seasoning
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
