1 1/2 cups blueberries

1 1/2 cup bananas

1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 1/2 cup ice

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats &/or 1-2 tbs flax seed + 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

2 cups spinach

1 cup mango

1 cup pineapple

1-2 bananas

1 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup ice

2 cups spinach

2 cups strawberries

1 cup mango

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

* Use frozen fruit when possible, otherwise, use 1/2 cup less liquid + 1/2 cup of ice.
