Ingredients:
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 3 raw walnuts
- 1 cup of water
- 7 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 tsp fresh gingerroot, peeled
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop of unsweeted, high-quality protein powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
