Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of fresh multi-grain bread
- 1/4 wedge of lemon
- olive oil (preferably in a spray bottle)
- 1 large avocado, sliced or mashed
- 1 tsp 10-spice blend
- 2 tbs homemade hummus (optional)
- sprinkle of sea salt
Directions:
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Layer each slice with hummus (if using) and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of the 10-spice blend over each slice.
- Spray each slice with a little olive oil.
- Drizzle lemon juice over each slice.
- Sprinkle sea salt over each slice.
- Enjoy!
