DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make the spinach pesto.
  2. Preheat the broiler.
  3. Spread a layer of pesto on each slice of bread.
  4. Top with tomato slices and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place topped bread slices on a cookie sheet and broil for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
