Chia Muesli + Nut Butter

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3-1/2 tart green apple (grated in long strands)

Directions:

  1. Stir the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and 1/4 of the apple together.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Top with remaining green apple and nut butter (You can also just stir everything together at once, if you aren’t going for presentation.)
  4. Stir together and enjoy.
