Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3-1/2 tart green apple (grated in long strands)
Directions:
- Stir the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and 1/4 of the apple together.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Top with remaining green apple and nut butter (You can also just stir everything together at once, if you aren’t going for presentation.)
- Stir together and enjoy.
