Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 15 raspberries
- 5 strawberries, sliced
- 3 tbs shelled hemp seeds (10 g of protein)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil & add a pinch of salt.
- Add oatmeal and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add to a bowl and top with fruit and hemp seeds.
- Enjoy!
Variations & Notes:
- For apple cinnamon oatmeal… add 1 diced red apple and 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce to the oatmeal, and reduce the water by half.
