Ingredients:
- 3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 bananas
- 4 tsp carob or cocoa powder (organic)
- 4 tsp flaxseed oil
- 3/4 cup peanut or almond butter
- 3 oz orange juice (or 1 large orange)
- 4 tbs unsweetened almond milk
- 1 avocado
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Variations & Notes:
- Can also add 4-5 steamed baby carrots.
