DIRECTIONS:

  1. In skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; add beans and sauté, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
  2. Add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water, mix well.  Reduce heat to medium and cook covered 2-3 minutes.  Uncover and cook, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp.
