INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3 cups cut green beans
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- In skillet heat oil over medium-high heat; add beans and sauté, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water, mix well. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered 2-3 minutes. Uncover and cook, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp.
