Ingredients:

Blueberry + Almond Butter

  •  cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 T almond butter
  • 2 tbs flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1-2 scoops of unsweetened, high-quality protein powder

Blueberry + Nuts

  • 1  cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 raw Brazil nuts (no more as they contain selenium and you don’t want to overdo it)
  • 4 raw walnuts
  • 4 oz non-GMO silken tofu
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1-2 scoops of unsweetened, high-quality protein powder

Ginger Spice Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups almond or cashew milk
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 handful baby spinach (1.1 oz) or greens of choice
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1-2 scoops of unsweetened, high-quality protein powder

Berry Spinach Zest

  • 1 cup (1.1 oz) spinach
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 2 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1-2 scoops of unsweetened, high-quality protein powder

Green Ginger Detox

  • 1 cup of kale leaves
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup (1.1 oz) spinach
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1-2 scoops of unsweetened, high-quality protein powder

Almond & Strawberry

  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 3 raw walnuts
  • 1 cup of water
  • 7 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp fresh gingerroot, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 scoops of unsweetened, high-quality protein powder

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until smooth.
