Ingredients:
Basic Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing:
- 1/2 cup cup olive oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing:
- 1/2 cup cup olive oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbs lemon zest (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
White Wine Vinaigrette Dressing:
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 tsp minced red onion
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbs champagne vinegar (Colavita brand)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl to blend.
- Season with salt and pepper.
