Ingredients:
- 2 cups of spinach (or kale)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 1 tsp honey or 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 large baby carrots
- 2 tbs chia seeds
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix until smooth.
