Ingredients:
Dough & Chicken:
- 1/2 lb. pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 T chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
Herb Seasoning:
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fennel seeds, ground
- 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Everything Else:
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional)
Directions:
- Pizza dough: Make the pizza dough (at least 3 hours prior) and preheat the pizza oven to 750 degrees.
- Chicken mixture: In a bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, chives, parsley, and dill.
- Herb seasoning: In a bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, fennel seeds, and red pepper flakes.
- To assemble. Form the dough into pizza rounds. Spread on the ranch, you may not need it all. Add a drizzle of buffalo sauce, then layer on the chicken and cheeses. Sprinkle the herb seasoning over top.
- Cook: in the Ooni Koda 16 for approx. 1-2 minutes.
- Top the pizza: with fresh parsley, additional buffalo sauce and/or ranch.
