Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Dough & Chicken:

Herb Seasoning:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds, ground
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Everything Else:

  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional)


  1. Pizza dough: Make the pizza dough (at least 3 hours prior) and preheat the pizza oven to 750 degrees.
  2. Chicken mixture: In a bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, chives, parsley, and dill.
  3. Herb seasoning: In a bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, fennel seeds, and red pepper flakes.
  4. To assemble. Form the dough into pizza rounds. Spread on the ranch, you may not need it all. Add a drizzle of buffalo sauce, then layer on the chicken and cheeses. Sprinkle the herb seasoning over top.
  5. Cook: in the Ooni Koda 16 for approx. 1-2 minutes.
  6. Top the pizza: with fresh parsley, additional buffalo sauce and/or ranch.
