Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 3 large diced roma tomatoes
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tbs of chopped cilantro (should be 1 tbs after it is chopped)
- 2 tbs of lime juice
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 jalapeno
- 1 avocado, diced (optional)
Directions:
- Place tomatoes, shallots, cilantro, jalapeno, and avocado in a bowl.
- Stir in salt, garlic, lime juice.
- Enjoy!
