Pico de Gallo

Serves: 4


  • 3 large diced roma tomatoes
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs of chopped cilantro (should be 1 tbs after it is chopped)
  • 2 tbs of lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 jalapeno
  • 1 avocado, diced (optional)


  1. Place tomatoes, shallots, cilantro, jalapeno, and avocado in a bowl.
  2. Stir in salt, garlic, lime juice.
  3. Enjoy!
