Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs flax seed
- 2 tsp dark chocolate cocoa
- 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients, except the oats, to a high-powered blender and stir until smooth.
- Add in the oats and stir until thick, but not 100% smooth.
- Enjoy right away 🙂
