Chocolate + Almond Butter Shake

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs flax seed
  • 2 tsp dark chocolate cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients, except the oats, to a high-powered blender and stir until smooth.
  2. Add in the oats and stir until thick, but not 100% smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away 🙂
