Yield: 2.5 Smoothies (30 oz.)
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups of ice
- 4 tbs almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 Medjool dates (pitted) or 3 tbs honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until mostly smooth, leaving some texture.
- Serve immediately.
