Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Yield: 2.5 Smoothies (30 oz.)


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 4 tbs almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 Medjool dates (pitted) or 3 tbs honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until mostly smooth, leaving some texture.
  2. Serve immediately.
