Pesto Cheese Bread

Serves: 4


  • 1/2 multi-grain or whole wheat baguette, sliced in half lengthwise OR cauliflower pizza crust
  • 2-3 tbs pesto
  • 2-3 tbs Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 tbs Gruyere cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for bread (check box for oven temperature for cauliflower crust).
  2. Place the two pieces of the baguette interior-side-up on a cookie sheet.
  3. Add a layer of pesto sauce to each.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of Gruyere & Parmesan on each.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes & serve hot.

Variations & Notes:

  • Can add sliced tomatoes on top of the pesto.
