Strawberry Smoothie

Serves: 4


  • 3 ½ cup to 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, if desired for sweetness


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, except for the oats.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add in the oat and blend for 30-45 seconds.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
