Serves: 4 (3-4 T Servings)
Ingredients:
Parmesan / Pecorino Tahini Dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil*
- juice of 2 large lemons
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4-1/2 tsp kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup grated parmesan or pecorino, plus more for serving
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
*Try without the oil before adding. I forgot to add it last time, and it was good!
Directions:
- Add the garlic clove to a small food processor.
- Add in all other ingredients, except the water.
- Blend and add water until you get the desired consistency.
- Taste and add salt as needed.
