I ve also been making banana and almond milk smoothies, which sound just like your liquados, lately when I get a craving for frozen yogurt. I ve got a store-bought gluten-free flour mix, do you think I could substitute it in this recipe for the whole-wheat flour, to make it GF?
Hi! Thanks for the comment. Your store-bought gluten-free flour mix should work. I’m definitely not a flour expert, by any means, so I’m not 100% sure. I’d love to know how it turns out.
