Maple Pecan Granola + Almond Butter Berry Sauce

Granola Almond Butter Blueberry Cream

Serves: 4


Maple Pecan Granola:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Almond Butter Berry Sauce:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • Unsweetened almond milk


  • Fresh berries
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Chia seeds


Maple Pecan Granola:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the maple syrup, oil, and vanilla.  Stir to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for approx 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Almond Butter Berry Sauce:

  1. Combine the bananas, blueberries, and almond butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If needed, add almond milk, 1 tbs. at a time, to thin.

Bringing it All Together:

  1. Serve the granola in bowls with dollops of the almond butter berry sauce and top with fresh berries, coconut, or chia seeds.
